About the trainer
Chennai's first somatic movement and Bharatanatyam facilitator, weaving together traditional yogic practices, somatic awareness, expressive movement, and mindful embodiment into experiences that restore, ground, and transform.
Over five years of teaching, 350+ students trained globally, and a dozen retreats facilitated across Rishikesh, Himachal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. The teaching style is calming, inclusive, and accessible to every level.
