How it works

We start with a free 20-minute call so we understand your goals, your injury history, your time & your energy. Then every session is built fresh for you, not pulled from a script.

What we work on

Whatever your body needs that week. The traditions we draw from cover a lot of ground:

  • Hatha · slow, alignment-led, breath-aware
  • Ashtanga · primary series, scaled honestly to your range
  • Mat Pilates · core, posture, controlled strength on the mat
  • Pranayama · breath work as a daily anchor
  • Inversions and arm balances when you're ready

What sessions feel like

Quiet, unhurried, & warm. You speak as much as you need to. We never rush a pose. You leave a session feeling more like yourself, not exhausted.

Online setup

Video call (Google Meet or Zoom · your choice). You'll need a clear floor space about the size of two mats, & a phone or laptop you can angle to show me your whole body.
