  • Evening 2 · 7:30 – 9:30 pm · Wind-down ritual, restorative postures, long yoga nidra + integration

After the weekend

You'll have the recorded library of every session, a personal sleep workbook, & two weeks of message-based follow-up. If you want to go deeper, this opens the door to the 30-day & 3-month programs.

What you'll need

A mat, a quiet corner, a bolster or two pillows, a blanket, & a stable internet connection. That's it.
