A blend of grounding, expressive movement, & integration. Nothing is performance. Everything is for you.
After a session, most people describe feeling emotionally lighter & mentally calmer, physically relaxed with improved mobility, & grounded & energised at the same time.
This isn't a substitute for clinical mental-health care. If you're working with a therapist or doctor, this can sit beautifully alongside what they're doing · & we'll talk about that in your intake.
