What it actually is

Quieter than it sounds. We use the gestures (mudras), footwork (adavus) & rhythm of Bharatanatyam as a doorway into somatic awareness · the body's old language for grief, stuckness, joy, & everything in between.

Workshop flow

A blend of grounding, expressive movement, & integration. Nothing is performance. Everything is for you.
